I have a very complicated relationship with BFDI. While I really like the concept and a good chunk of the characters, a lot of the ideas could have been better executed in my opinion, and the canon elimination order is frankly unhinged. Due to all that, this is a rewrite intending to execute ideas better, and to please me specifically. And nobody else. If you don't like my ideas write your own BFDI way.

I did restrict myself to follow the competition structure and rough chronology from canon, so I won't change stuff like when double eliminations, rejoins or team swaps happen, nor will I mess with the amount of contestants in each episode. I also didn't change the original BFB teams.

Content related to TPOT 16 and later will not be officially worked on until the season is over: Hindsight is an important element in the writing of Cal Way, and as of the writing of this, TPOT is only on its 21st episode of presumably 30.
